Product Manager

Over the past 30 years L&T has become a global player in the medical simulation education market. It has ambitious plans for further growth in the next 5 years across the globe, through investment and new product development.

 THE JOB     

As part of the Product Management team, you will assist the Head of Product Management with the delivery of new and re-engineered products for the whole of the L&T business, delivering growth across all business units.

In line with business ambitions, changing medical and evolving technical landscapes, you will own your own product categories and will be the customer advocate, manage the products through throughout all stages of the product lifecycle, from cradle to grave.

This exciting role requires working across the business to ensure effective delivery and support of products to ensure we “improve patient outcomes”.

THE PERSON         

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified or equivalent, with at least 4 years’ experience in a product management role (with technology being part of the product portfolio) and experience of managing projects from cradle to grave

You will have the ability to apply knowledge and experience to a medium sized company setting, a practical, hands-on approach, and an interest in how things work with the confidence to constructively challenge when they could be improved.

You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and you have experience of building relationships at all levels across the business. You have a good level of numeracy skills and have the ability to analyse and create conclusions from data.
